Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You sign in to the Service with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials and for all activity on your Manifest Method account. Notify us promptly at info@manifest-method.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your profile current, and use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial use. One account per person.

The Service offers a free tier that includes core functionality with a limit of one manifest. Manifest Method Plus is a paid subscription that increases the manifest limit and adds additional features as described on the pricing page. Features and limits may change over time; material changes will be communicated in advance.

Billing and renewals

Plus subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee and applicable taxes at the start of each billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal linked inside your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain Plus access until that date. After cancellation, your account remains on the free tier unless you resubscribe.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, and downgrades. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. To request consideration, contact us at info@manifest-method.com.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. New prices apply to the next renewal after we give you at least thirty (30) days' notice by email. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before the next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes another's intellectual property.
• Attempt to access, probe, or scan the Service in ways not permitted by these Terms (including scraping, automated access, vulnerability testing without authorization, or circumventing rate limits).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account with others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that host it.

The manifests, notes, and other content you create using the Service remain yours. You grant Manifest Method a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for backup copies retained for a limited period and copies we are required by law to retain.

You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights necessary to provide it to us.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, text, and graphics (excluding your content), is owned by Manifest Method and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always up to date. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the Service or a material feature, we will provide reasonable advance notice when practical.

Manifest Method is a personal-practice tool designed to support the daily 3·6·9 manifestation ritual. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, mental-health, financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no promises or guarantees about outcomes resulting from your practice; your results depend on factors outside our control. If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional support, please consult a qualified professional.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, manifest method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred united states dollars ($100 usd).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manifest Method and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we are required to do so by law. We will, when reasonable, give you notice and an opportunity to cure the violation first.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date above and notify you by email or in-app notice before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Manifest Method agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Manifest Method regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
